Share what we do with your audience on your social media or content broadcast platforms. You help us educate more people about how to prepare themselves for the future of work, join and facilitate conversations about ethical use of AI and demonstrate how pepelwerk tools and technology are used. In exchange for helping us change the world, a social influencer receives compensation.

Good match:
- Has a target audience that matches ours: parents, young adults, military or family of military.
- Educates people on smart investments in education and staying skilled for in-demand careers.
- Educates people on how technology like blockchain, AI and machine learning can be “good”.
- Believes that social media can be used as a tool to inform and educate people.
- Believes that people should be able to control who gets to see and sell their personal work-life information.
- Has no interest in continuing educating people on old methods of preparing for and applying for jobs.
- Wants to be an advocate for people achieving their work-life goals and give them the tools and realistic information to do it.
- Educates and informs people on how to define themselves by their Attitude, Attributes and Abilities.
Not a good match:
- Uses resume gaming techniques for job seekers.
- Has the point of view that technology is “bad”.
- Has and promotes extreme political or religious points of view.
- Endorses the use of public job boards and applicant tracking systems that resell personal information.
- Uses social media or any other form of communication to demonize or demoralize people or institutions.
- Encourages or teaches people how to use automation and AI tools to manipulate how they represent themselves or how others are perceived.
- Provides coaching on interview techniques that encourage someone to manipulate how they represent themselves.
- Has or produces content that is condoning bullying, hate-driven messaging, or can be perceived as misinformation/manipulating information for a personal agenda.
- Releases content that is not wholly owned by them, their original concepts or ideas, or reshare, plagiarize, “idea hack” other’s original work without acknowledging them or giving them credit.
How to become a Social Influencer:
The process takes two weeks to complete.
Only five new Social Influencers are selected per month.
