Breakdown by Module  

Wondering what each module does to see if your organization may benefit? Great! Here is a quick overview of what each module does:  

Career Assistant 

  • The Career Assistant module is how you can provide access to career services for your employees, community or members. By building a career services Access Code, you can easily view, track and manage features based on your own preferences.  
  • Options for services offered include (but are not limited to): AI attribute assessments, guidance/career coaching sessions, preferred membership for the pepelwerk app, virtual reality job tours, background & credential validation and much more. Additional fees apply based on services offered.  

Job Center (and Workforce Building)  

  • Job Center is the default module in Work Hub and is completely free to access. Any organization with completed Account and Organization profiles can start to build skills-based job profiles and match with available talent. While most traditional job boards charge you up front for the job listing, regardless of performance, pepelwerk only charges 30% of the posting fee up front and the other 70% at hire. You can rest easy knowing that you will get the maximum ROI on each profile.  
  • The Workforce Building module enhances our Job Center and allows businesses to tap into a steady stream of skilled talent without incurring high recruitment expenses. The module itself shows you talent, both internal and external, who are a close match with your job roles but may be missing a few key skills. That gives you the visibility to reskill or upskill that individual to be a better fit for your role.  

Course Center 

  • Course Center is a content management system that allows you to get content in front of interested learners. The module can be used internally (employee training, SOPs, etc.) or externally (instructing the public on what you do, sharing your expertise, etc.). Learners match with your content based on their areas of interest and the skills they want to learn.  

Events Module  

  • With the Events module enabled, you can host two types of events: Career Exploration Events or Match Events.  
  • A Career Exploration Event is an opportunity for you to connect with individuals who are interested in your field or industry. You can also connect with external partners and highlight what they do as well, it is completely flexible.  
  • A Match Event is a modern version of a job/career fair. If you have a role with a lot of candidates or seats to be filled, you can hold a Match Event to get all your key decision makers and every available prospect together on the same day.  

Predictive Analytics and Impact Dashboards  

  • The Predictive Analytics Dashboard takes data from your first year of use across the activated modules and then leverages those datapoints to make suggestions for your organization. This will help you plan your workforce needs 3, 6 or even 9 months into the future.  
  • The Impact Dashboard takes the same data from your first year of use and then uses those datapoints to show the areas of greatest impact to your employees, community or members. This is particularly helpful for non-profit or member organizations to show ROI on technology cost to secure funding.
