You use your hands, body, or your brain to accomplish a task. pepelwerk offers you access to assessments approved by the American Psychological Association, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Canadian Psychological Association and the British Psychological Society. Why do attributes assessments matter?
Currently, 80% of Fortune 500 companies use them to assess candidates’ personality traits during hiring. They are able to reveal essential qualities of candidates that directly impact the culture, the suitability for specific positions and team performance.
They can also be used as a tool for self-reflection. When you know more about yourself, it’s possible to create a better career plan, communicate more effectively, find motivation and strategies for dealing with stress, improve relationships, identify your ideal work environment and where there is room for growth.
pepelwerk currently offers two types of attribute assessments directly in-app:
Attributes by Survey or Attributes by Photo.
The Attributes by Survey assessment is designed to ask you questions about how you feel about certain scenarios or how you respond to different situations. It will be a series of multiple-choice questions that will intentionally make you think about your attitude, attributes, and abilities. If you do not know the answer to a particular question, choose the closest response. Please remember to always answer honestly! The results of the survey will be added to your profile directly and you will also receive the full report to your email on file.
The Attributes by Photo assessment leverages a simple photo of you to help you fill in any profile gaps in your attitude, attributes, and abilities. Simply upload or take a photo and our app does the rest of the work! You will typically receive results within 48 hours after taking the assessment, but please reach out to our team via Chat if it has taken longer than expected. The results will be added to your profile directly and you will also receive the full report to your email on file.
