Steps to Request a Sponsor
1. Create a pepelwerk Account
- Visit pepelwerk and sign up for an account if you haven’t already. Ensure your account profile and organization profile are both complete.
2. Activate Career Assistant Module
- Once logged in, go to the Career Assistant Module and activate based on your preferred payment schedule.
- Note: The base price for the Career Assistant is $500/month. That monthly technology fee cannot be covered via sponsorship at this time and will need to be paid each month by the account organization.
3. Create a Career Services Access Code
- Access Codes are similar to promo codes. You determine what Career Services within our marketplace that you want sponsored like job matches, career coaching, career events, upskilling courses and more.

4. Request Sponsorship for that Access Code
- In the “Review & Activate” tab of the Access Code, select “Yes” at the very bottom of the page.
- Note: The prompt will ask “Would you like to request sponsorship for the AI Career Assistant activities in this access code?”
5. Publish the Access Code
- You are done! The pepelwerk team will review the sponsorship request and let you know if any additional information is needed.
