When building a job profile to match with talent and job seekers, you will be asked to choose what work attitude and attribute(s) you want your ideal candidate to have. Here are some helpful definitions:
Attitude = It’s the attitude towards work, career, the job and how the talent sees themselves in the job market. This is defined by the talent and shared in their talent profile card. There is no right or wrong work attitude, but as the job manager or hiring authority, you can assess if it aligns with the job, employer culture and overall goals.

Attributes = The qualities and character that make up who you are. Examples: punctuality, patience, impatience, active listener, etc.
At pepelwerk we offer talent and job seekers two different attributes assessments by photo and survey backed by science and designed to understand the talent’s unique workstyle, strengths and areas for development.
