This is a great way to see examples of popular roles that could be a good fit for you in the future based on your Attributes, Attitudes and Abilities, or to know in real-time where you have a skill deficit for your goal job to inform your professional development efforts. Contractor to Match
A “Contractor to Match” or “Task Work” job profile within the pepelwerk system is an opportunity for you to get paid for tasks and projects based on your skills. To start, update your Work Profile and add Contractor, then complete the attributes by photo or survey.
Future Job
A “Future Job” within the pepelwerk system is an upcoming opportunity with a start date three months or more away from today. This is the perfect opportunity to indicate as a Goal Job in your app and upskill or reskill in the Course Center so you will match when the employer is ready to start interviews.
