How to create a pepelwerk account for my organization?
If you are here, you are one of the following:
- A company looking to source prescreened active and authenticated candidates, build your skilled talent pipeline and hire people for in-demand jobs.
- A career services department at a high school, college, trade school or non-traditional educator looking to provide AI assessments, verifications, career coaching, and other tools to students, alumni, employees or other groups.
- A learning provider looking to post courses to match with learners interested in upskilling or reskilling.
In each of those cases, you will need to create a Work Hub Account with pepelwerk.
Step 1. Sign up at: https://workhub.pepelwerk.com/signup and select your primary reason for creating a Work Hub account.
Step 2. Enter your full name, email, mobile number, and set up a password.
Step 3. Complete email and mobile number verification. Don’t see your email verification? Check your spam or quarantine folder. The sender is noreply@pw.codegrind.pro.
Step 4. Complete the tutorial to get a quick tour of the most innovative people-centered candidate sourcing and people development technology! Option to Skip.
Step 5. Complete your Admin Profile and Match Profile in the Organization module.
For the Admin Profile, enter:
- Organization name
- Headquarters location
- Company phone number
- Website URL
- Address
- Organization Type
- Federal Employer Identification number (FEIN/EIN). Validate number
Your Match Profile is what people see about your organization. Add your logo (100×140 px) and a background image (368×182 px or 599×435 px). Include your website URL and any other helpful URLs (links to your social channels/etc.) as desired.
A red exclamation mark may appear if a section requires your attention. All required sections must be complete before you can use the Job Center, Course Center, Career Service, or Events modules.
If you have a parent company structure with child companies, you can choose to add them inside one Work Hub account by using the Add New Subsidiary option in the Organization module. Note that the FEIN/EIN will need to be validated in each case.
Step 6. Set up your team in User Management. Create new user profiles and manage what they can do in your account. For more information on User Management, click here.
Step 7. Go to Payment Center to add and manage your payment methods
Step 8. Go to Job Center to create new job profiles

- Access Code for Companies: Give your candidates and/or employees the opportunity to achieve their professional goals and give your company the opportunity to upskill and build your workforce.
- Access Code for Career Services Departments, High Schools, Colleges, Trade Schools, and Non-Traditional Educators: Offer your students scalable and simplified career services features to achieve their work-life goals and get work ready while providing you with measurable data and success insights.

Go to Course Center to create new course profiles.

Go to Events to set up a customized Match Event to match with pre-screened talent.
Step 9. Go to Document Center to access your receipts and all account related documents.
